Forward:
Firstly, we wanted to thank our community for their patience over the last few months as we have been gearing up to launching our wallet and remittance services.
Sometimes a lot of work goes on that is not always newsworthy but is a necessary part of setting up a business. We know it has been a slow month for news, however we can assure you that big things are just around the corner. We can’t wait to share our progress further over the coming months.
THE GLOBAL TEAM GROWS

We are pleased to announce two new additions to Telcoin’s global biz dev team.
Vinh Nguyen is based in Vietnam and will be working alongside our Tokyo biz dev department to establish partnerships in the region and allow us to continue our expansion into South-East Asia. As the Vice Chair of VJC (Vietnam Japan IT Cooperation Club) and CEO of Tinvhan group he is perfectly suited to assist with our Vietnam operations
Parker Spann is based in the USA and in addition to working with the biz dev team, he will also be focused on coordinating compliance operations in both the USA and the Americas. Parker has been deeply involved in the crypto community for years, hosting meet-ups and supporting Telcoin from our beginning. Parker will surely be a great asset as we begin to develop the partnerships and operational infrastructure to launch Telcoin in the USA
We welcome them both to the team!
SINGAPORE AND MALAYSIA CENTRAL BANK MEETINGS

Over the last month Claude and Eric have spent a lot of time in both Singapore and Malaysia meeting with their central banks the MAS and the BNM respectively, to develop our crypto strategy and ensure that Telcoin can operate legally in the regions.
The regulations in both countries are undergoing constant change and evolution and it is imperative that we stay abreast of any changes that may impact our business model. For this reason we are working very closely with the central banks and local regulatory bodies making sure that we adhere to any rules and restrictions that are put in place and that we are undertaking all the necessary steps to ensure that we can offer affordable, convenient and fast remittances throughout South East Asia and beyond.
TELCOIN WALLET UPDATE

Over the past 8 weeks, a number of our community ambassadors, team members and other select people have had access to the forthcoming Telcoin Wallet and have given invaluable feedback to our dev team in terms of fine tuning the user experience as well as routing out any potential bugs within the system.
We are happy to say that the wallet testing period is now coming to an end and we are preparing to release the wallet on both IOS & Android very soon. We can’t wait to get it into the hands of our community so that they can enjoy this first stage of the Telcoin API experience.
BIDALI ADDS TELCOIN SUPPORT

Telcoin holders are now able to purchase vouchers for a whole host of premium brands via the Bidali website. The website currently caters to users in the USA, Canada, Australia and the UK but plans to add more vouchers in multiple countries over time.
This is another great way for Telcoin users to have the ability to spend their Telcoin on the things they love and continues to build on the 360 experience we have always envisioned which will eventually allow Telcoin users to go from sender to spender effortlessly.

COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

Our current ambassadors along with the Telcoin admins each nominated three community members who they felt have been exemplary members of the community. Once the votes were counted, the new ambassadors were selected. We would like to congratulate our new ambassadors and thank them for being an important part of our community!
